We Offer Hassle Free Returns at Beauty4Less.

We want you to be totally delighted with your purchase from Beauty4Less.  So we've created a simple, easy to follow returns policy.


To return an item, here's what you need to do.

Just package up your item(s) securely in their original packaging and include the dispatch note that came with the parcel.  

Please detail on this dispatch note the reason for your return.  

Please make all best endeavours to ensure you have returned your items with the following details;

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Goods you are returning
  • Reason for returning them
  • Whether you want a replacement item or refund.  

Then please contact us on 0845 8621545 or via email on to advise us you are returning your product.

If the item is faulty....

If the item is faulty, for larger items we will arrange a date and time to collection at no cost to yourself

For smaller items items e.g. gloves etc. you can arrange an independent courier and we will re-imburse the cost of delivery and its return cost up to Royal Mail 1st class postage only. The responsibility for return parcels lost in transit is yours so you may wish to send them recorded delivery, but we cannot refund this charge.

If the item is no longer wanted...

If the item is no longer wanted or required let us know within 14 days of receipt and we can offer collection, the cost of which is to be deducted from your re-imbursement

You may arrange an independent courier service to deliver the returned items to:

If you have received an incorrect item that you did not order...

Simply contact us on 0845 862 1545 or email us on so we can arrange to send you the correct item.  

Cancelling your order....

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after receipt of the goods.  If you wish to do this you must inform us in writing via letter, fax or e-mail – we are unable to accept cancellations by phone. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.  We will process your return request within 30 days after receiving notice of cancellation.

Refunding your return...

You will receive your refund via the same method that was used to make your purchase.
